About Using the Service
Q. How do I find the exact storage location?
A. Once payment is complete, we'll send the storage address to the email you registered with — along with Naver Map and Google Maps links so you can find us easily.
Q. I might be a little earlier or later than my booked drop-off/pick-up time. What should I do?
A. A small difference of around 30 minutes is no problem — what matters to us is the actual storage time. However, storing significantly longer than booked may incur an extra charge, and the same applies if your luggage is larger than what you booked. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. Is there a weight limit per item?
A. No, there isn't!
Q. Are there size limits?
A. Size categories are as follows:
Small: under 20" (incl. shopping bags & small hand luggage)
Medium: 20" to under 24"
Large: 24" to under 28"
XL: 28" and above
Q. Are there restrictions on what I can store?
A. Illegal items, large amounts of cash, perishable food, and live animals cannot be stored.
Q. Can I store two or more suitcases?
A. Yes — just enter the quantity when booking; the total is the per-item rate × quantity.
Q. Can I change or cancel my booking?
A. You can change your booking anytime before your scheduled drop-off.
If adding items or extending storage time, please make the change on the Budify website so we can guarantee space on-site.
Unfortunately, as this service is offered at the lowest possible price, cancellations are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. What if I can't pick up my luggage before closing time?
A. Luggage not picked up by closing time will be held until the next business day. Extra charges may apply, so please pick up within business hours.

A. Budify Storage with LOTTE offers top-tier safety and security. Our stores are directly managed by LOTTE, with staff on-site throughout business hours.
CCTV and advanced security systems are also in place — ideal for anyone looking for truly worry-free luggage storage.
Q. What if my luggage is damaged or lost?
A. We take full responsibility. Please contact us right away with photos and details.
Q. How much compensation is provided for damage or loss?
A. Up to ¥50,000 per item.

Final payment is settled in Japanese yen at the real-time exchange rate.

You can change your booking details (quantity, etc.) anytime before drop-off via "My Page" at the bottom of the website. However, as this product is offered at a highly discounted price, it is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
