Important Notes
- When checking in your luggage at either our Seoul or Incheon locations, you must bring your passport. If you are checking in luggage for a group, **all group members must be present and bring their passports**. In particular, infants and young children cannot check in luggage or process procedures without a guardian.
- Unless there are special circumstances, after checking in your luggage at the Seoul or Incheon location, you may proceed directly to the departure screening area at Incheon International Airport.
- This service does not involve delivering luggage to your hotel. You must visit a designated drop-off counter in Seoul or Incheon in person, after which your bags will be available for collection at your destination airport.
- Once your luggage is checked in at the drop-off counter, it is treated as checked baggage for your flight. You will not be able to retrieve it at Incheon International Airport.
- Eligible passengers: Travelers departing from Incheon International Airport on the same day on Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Jeju Air, T'way Air, Jin Air, Easter Airlines, or Cathay Pacific.
- For drop-off at Seoul city locations: only available for flights departing at 15:00 or later. (Incheon area locations can accommodate earlier flights, but you must visit at least 2 hours before departure.)
- Routes to the Americas (Guam, Saipan) are not eligible for this service.
- Service is not available on Wednesdays or public holidays.
- Special baggage items (golf bags, firearms, oversized luggage, etc.) may not be accepted.
